1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the 3patti free platform, accessing any part of the website or mobile application, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 3patti free platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 3patti free with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether verbal or written. These terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 3patti free platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the service:

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the 3patti free platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. 3patti free will never ask for your password through any communication channel — not by email, not through live chat, and not by phone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is considered your responsibility.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 3patti free support immediately. The platform may temporarily freeze your account while the matter is investigated, which is done for your protection.

• Account details — including name, date of birth, and CNIC — cannot be changed after registration without identity verification.
• You may update your contact email, phone number, and payment methods through account settings, subject to verification.
• Accounts must not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits

All deposits to your 3patti free account are processed in PKR. The following payment channels are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and approved mobile wallets. The list of available deposit methods may be updated from time to time and is shown in your account's deposit section.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the payment method selected and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately or within a few minutes, subject to the processing time of your payment provider.

• You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods will result in deposit rejection and potential account review.
• 3patti free does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in your account's withdrawal section at the time of request.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until any active bonus wagering requirement on your account has been met in full.
• Identity and payment verification may be required before your first withdrawal is approved.
• 3patti free reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or unusual activity patterns.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player while they remain in a pending state. Once approved and dispatched, they cannot be reversed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

3patti free offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• A wagering requirement must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in its individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met before expiry, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, Sports Betting and Cricket bets contribute 100%, Live Casino contributes at a reduced rate, and certain Slots may have restrictions. Check the offer page for game contribution details.

7 VIP Programme

The programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative real-money wagering across all platform sections, including Sports Betting, Cricket, Teen Patti, Casino, and Fish Games.

• VIP tier status and weekly cashback rates are reviewed and updated on a rolling basis. Current rates and tier thresholds are displayed on the VIP page.
• Weekly cashback is paid automatically every Monday into your real-money balance. No wagering requirement applies to VIP cashback payments.
• Tier demotion may occur if wagering activity falls below the minimum threshold for a sustained period. Players will be notified before any demotion takes effect.
• VIP benefits — including personal account managers, priority withdrawals, and PSL odds boosts at Gold tier and above — are provided at 3patti free's discretion and do not constitute a contractual entitlement.
• VIP status cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to another player.

8 Games & Betting Rules

All Casino games, Teen Patti tables, and slot titles on the 3patti free platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Live Casino games are operated by third-party providers under their own studio rules, which are displayed at the game table. The outcome of all games is determined by RNG or live dealer procedures and is final once the round is complete.

For Sports Betting — including Cricket, PSL, T20, Football, and Esports — the following rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Pre-match and live odds may change; your bet is locked in at the odds shown on your bet confirmation slip.
• Bets on abandoned or postponed events are settled according to the applicable sport's rules, which are available in the betting section.
• 3patti free reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error is identified, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply. These are shown in the betting interface and vary by sport and market.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session or bet placement, the outcome will be determined based on the game's last saved state or, where this is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3patti free platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are not payable and will be voided.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any form of financial crime.
• Placing bets on behalf of, or in coordination with, another person in a way designed to circumvent account limits or terms.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the platform's software, security systems, or data.
• Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or fraudulent payment details.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion in relation to Sports Betting markets.

10 Suspension & Account Closure

3patti free reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or any other conduct harmful to the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or play until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the suspension will be lifted and normal service resumed. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be closed and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

You may choose to close your own account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding bonus conditions, any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification. Closure requests submitted under the Self-Exclusion programme are processed under the Responsible Gaming policy and are handled separately.

11 Limitation of Liability

3patti free provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, the platform does not guarantee that the service will be free from downtime, technical errors, or delays. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3patti free's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
